Located in the centre of Jaipur City, Rajasthan, Jhalana Leopard Safari is the country's first leopard reserve. Tucked away in the historic Aravali Hills, it was named a leopard reserve in 2017 and became the first Project Leopard site.
It serves as the Pink City's oxygen bank and is spread across 23 square kilometres. Enjoy a fantastic safari adventure where seeing leopards is just the start of the adventure. You will meet a range of unique animals, including monitor lizards, sambar deer, desert foxes, jungle cats, and striped hyenas.

Know Before You Go
- A single car can only hold six people. Thus, you are able to reserve up to six people for a single reservation. You must fill out the booking form again if you are scheduling more than six people.
- Up to 5 receivers may be reserved while adding a guide, as the safari jeep can carry up to 6 people.
- If the reservation is not confirmed, 100% of the money will be returned within one hour after payment.
- To reserve a safari in the Jhalana Leopard Reserve, the whole amount must be paid in advance.
- Proof of identity is required for every guest.
- For confirmed reservations, there are no refunds or cancellation policies.
- Reservations are not exchangeable or transferable.
- Keep the ID card you used to make the online reservation.
- You can reserve a jungle safari up to ninety-nine days in advance.
- For reservations, foreign visitors need to provide their passport details.
- The first-come, first-served policy applies to the issuance of safari permits (subject to availability).
- The park can close at any time.
- Visitors are required to cover any revised fees or partial occupancy.

By Air: Jhalana Leopard Reserve is just 6 km from Jaipur International Airport, a quick 15-minute drive away. The airport provides convenient access to the reserve and is well-connected with both domestic and international flights. To get to Jhalana Safari Park, there are buses, taxis, and taxi stands at the airport.
By Rail: The closest railhead is Jaipur Junction Railway Station, which is around 11.7 km from the forest. It has excellent connections to important cities such as Delhi, Mumbai, Udaipur, etc. There are plenty of taxis and local buses at the station that may take you to Jhalana.
